This one-day tournament is designed for 7v7 teams to showcase their skills in a competitive environment. The Battle of the Valley Tournament is a 32-team tournament of high school teams with rising 9-12 graders. Each team is limited to a roster size of twenty-five (25) athletes and all teams are guaranteed to play at least four (4) games. Campers will receive skill development instruction by Fresno State Football coaches throughout the camp.
Camp registration will be from 7:00AM-8:00AM PST. The tournament will be conducted from 8:00am-3:00pm PST. All campers will receive a camp shirt at registration. This camp is open to all entering grades 9-12.

All Fresno State Football Camps will be held on the California State University, Fresno Campus, located just west of State Route 99 on the corner of Cedar and Barstow. Camp sessions will be held on the Fresno State Football practice fields as well as Valley Children’s Stadium. Camp instruction and supervision is provided by the Fresno State coaching staff, and Fresno State Football support staff. All camp staff members are required to complete a background check prior to employment. The physical address of Valley Children’s Stadium, which will serve as camp headquarters is 1620 East Bulldog Lane, Fresno, CA, 93740.
No drones are permitted to use while on campus, if you wish to film you are welcome to bring a tri-pod portable camera extender to film as long as the other team agrees to the competition being filmed prior hand.

An authorized adult MUST be present to check their camper in and out each day. We will not permit campers to be dropped off early. They MUST be checked in by an adult.
Check out will be at the camp practice field. For check-out, the authorized adult should arrive 10 minutes prior to camp conclusion to pick up your camper. Campers will not be released to anyone not authorized by parent/guardian. Per University policy, we will be required to contact the Fresno Police Department to attend to any camper not picked up within 30 minutes of camp conclusion.
All participants must be covered by personal medical insurance. In addition to submitting a parent/guardian waiver, we require that each camper submit a copy of their Fall 2024 sports or school physical (physicals must be dated within one year prior to the start of camp). Due to the heat and fast-paced tempo of our practices, each camper is encouraged to come to camp in good physical condition. Every effort is made to protect the health and safety of each camper through our certified athletic training staff, supervised warm-up periods, constant inspection of equipment and responsible instruction. It is the responsibility of each camper to stay hydrated. Water and Gatorade® will be available at all times. Campers without the proper parent/guardian signatures on their registration form will not be allowed to participate!
For those traveling from out of the area or out of state to attend our camps we recommend lodging at the Hyatt Place Fresno. Rooms are available for direct booking by calling 559-899-0400. Rooms may be booked online at Hyatt Place Fresno The hotel is located at 7333 N Fresno St, Fresno, CA 93720, a 10-minute drive to campus to our camp headquarters at Valley Children’s Stadium.
Those who would like to attend a camp and view activities as a spectator must be the family of a camp participant. A coach bringing camp participants to the camp may enter as a spectator by showing evidence of employment as a coach (eg. Business card, team roster, game program etc.). Due to space limitations spectators will not be permitted inside the Duncan Athletic Facility. Family members are welcome to watch any of our practice sessions, however, no bleachers or seating is available on the practice fields, so parents will want to bring their own seating accommodations.

If lightning or severe weather is in the area, parents will be asked to keep campers with them until the severe weather has cleared the area. The camp staff will be in contact with weather authorities to determine the practice status. The safety of our campers will be the primary consideration.

It is recommended that you leave electronics (iPods, iPads, laptops) and jewelry at home. Fresno State Football Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Fresno State Football is not responsible for parking citations.
Registration is available online. Full payment is due upon registration. Please note, camps may reach camps may reach the maximum capacity prior to the registration deadline. Should that occur, registrations will be placed on a waiting list, and campers will receive an email indicating such.
